No, they both work for Barney. Ms. Foxx is his administrative assistant (“secretary”), and Duane is some sort of junior executive. Knowing the way these things work, she could probably have HIM fired more easily than he could have HER fired.

Higgs is a particle physicist who predicted/theorized the existence of a subatomic particle which gave matter mass (among other properties). He called it a “boson”, and it’s commonly refered to as the “Higgs boson.” After about 40 years, scientists recently announced that they’ve finally observed a boson under laboratory conditions. This was big news a few weeks ago, I’m surprised you missed it. Google “Higgs boson” for further (and better) information.
