To be fair, Satchel gets more roaming privileges than Bucky. And is less likely to get grounded. Of course he learns a bit more about the neighborhood.

Hunter, that’s not the way it works around here. My cat’s explain things to me. It just takes a while because I don’t always translate cat well, and I’m a stoopid human………
