After watching all the other comics, I forgot what today’s was about! :-) Oh, crabby animals, right….she’s still sleeping.

I absolutely loved this C&H – only to be made better by Hobbes. Very clever and enjoyable Hobbes. And of course TopCat – most excellent.And Vonne Anton – mad at myself for laughing at that!Happy Nap Time to all you animals out there.

Apparently, Calvin should have ’trunc’ated his last comment to Hobbes. That’s the ‘root’ of the problem. If he ‘leaves’ it alone, he won’t be up a tree.

I used to hide my C&H books from my rambunctious young son so as not to give him any ideas (with the immortal line, “His mom’s going to have a fit about those rose bushes…” —and now he’s got a baby boy of his own. Who clearly will need his own copies. Bwahaahaa.
