Just don’t give Andi Fox any of that zucchini. Just like her children Peter, Paige and Jason, even she was tired of the overharvest.

When I was in high school I asked my Mom: “WHY did you plant FOUR Zucchini plants? ONE will feed an entire neighborhood!!!”

You need a new recipe book!

That’s not zucchini. It’s pot.

zucchini & green beans would grow out of control in our garden when I was a kid. I think they grew thru rocks! I’m in my late 60’s & sure wish I could grow even one of those now.

we grow zucchini, squash, green beans, sugar pea pods, and more we vacuum seal and freeze it so we do not have to buy vegetables in the winter

I’ll take it! I’ll take it!The most zucchini plants I ever had at one time was 4 – that was just right. I still have some shredded in quart containers in the freezer – zucchini muffins year round! Yay!

He should look for cars with open windows…

I have neighbors but I have learned to keep my car and house doors locked during harvest.

I, for one, wish I could keep zucchini growing past May. This area of TX suffers from a high squash vine borer infestation rate. The vines are squishy, rotted and gone by June.

I had to pull up my cucumber plants today. No more home grown until next summer :c(.

Bring them to our house. We’ll use them.
