Hello! I think the comment made by flake-67121 should be clarified: at least in my reading of that comment, I think he or she was just trying to advocate using precise agreed-upon definitions of terms, without taking a side one way or the other on such a complex, emotional debate. I don’t think he or she was saying that an unborn child doesn’t have a very definite existence which may deserve certain rights, only that the child hasn’t been born yet. (Some people are very passionate about defining terms before beginning a discussion. It’s not actually a bad idea, and helps reduce a lot of potential confusion.)

A human life conceived is a life. By the time it is born, it is merely the inevitable outcome of that conception. It doesn’t turn into a tree or something else before it is born.
