hey, ‘technically’ Tuna Helper is food. As is KD (Kraft Dinner). They are all nicely boxed. Ready to go. .Now what you add to the box is what makes it better….add veggies. Lots of veggies. KD also needs chicken, turkey or ground beef. (sometimes wieners)
