Arghhhh! The purpose of grammar is to communicate clearly. Presumably the purpose of speaking or writing is to communicate something that the speaker believes is worthwhile to communicate to another. Ending a sentence with a preposition, and using redundancies obscures clarity and suggests that the speaker/writer does not care enough about the subject of the communication, or the persons to whom the communication is made, to be clear.
