Too much butter make popcorn soggy. To make it taste more buttery you can combine 1/4 cup of butter with 3/4 cup of coconut oil, or 1/2 + 1/2. When combined, the coconut oil enhances the buttery flavor.
No butter for me, I prefer to pop my corn with bacon grease. (That’s why you should always save your bacon grease in the fridge, it’s great for giving cornmeal mush, fried eggs, and potatoes fantastic flavor.)
I think this would be an amazing animated show! My 15 year old wants to become an animator and he has a penchant for these things. He read this strip today and said, “This would be a great show!”

A good friend is one who accidently causes you to choke but also can do the Heimlich Maneuver to save you.

Heaven bless Dr. Heimlich. My mother was saved with the Heimlich maneuver when I was a kid, and in my 20s I saved a little boy’s life the same way.

I’d never eat popcorn without butter. It tastes like cardboard.

When neither of you are in danger of going to the hospital as a kid, are you really having fun with your friends?
