It takes a special kind of bad to simultaneously cite your old work and get your own citations of your old work wrong. Why does Tom Batiuk do this? Why is he paid to do this?

So we’re supposed to believe that Ed sees kids standing out on time, and just drives by? That he also hits anything that is within six feet of the road? And yet he keeps his job year after year.
