When you’re taking that many medications, the doctors are doing something wrong.

Well, clearly not Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, or Sertraline, for starters.

This honestly looks like the list my late neighbor had. When she landed in the hospital (for what turned out to be the last time), they took her off everything at once, and that probably contributed to her death. I’ve never seen anyone with that many medicines…

Doctors and pharmacists should review medications at least once a year. Is it still necessary? What are the interactions? Have there been any new developments? (My list is electronic)
