I was just about 4 # heavier at the beginning of last year (after losing about 30 from May of ‘09) and now I’m maintaining a 24 BMI with no problem. They say every decade make it more difficult, so I just ordered some additional equipment that is very portable (no excuses) and plan to do those on the days that I DON’T do my weights.
