It’s late…. but since no one has posted it…..

Um…. I is here, not there.

 

O… wait… you mean “Is there such a thing as a stupid question?”

Well, for a moment there, I thought maybe you’d asked one.

But I guess not.

 

I’d like to believe the answer is “No. There are no stupid questions.”

In fact, I say that, so people aren’t afraid to ask.

But in reality… I’ve done some computer tutoring…..

and while I try to act like no question is stupid…..

it’s really hard to say so with a straight face.

No I don’t think there is a stupid question, because all must be answered, whether it’s correct or not!!!

Is there? Well if you talk to my brother you will easily determine that the answer is YES!!!

I was waiting at the station to board the White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad in Skagway, AK. It pulled up, having already filled the back cars at the cruise-ship dock. Tourist standing beside me pointed at that end of the train – the train mind you – and asked the conductor “Where are those cars going?”

The untold truth of teaching… there ARE stupid questions.

There are no stupid questions. Only stupid people!

“I don’t know” is an acceptable answer. “I don’t know and I refuse to learn” isn’t.

He should be grateful that it no longer legal for fathers to kill their minor children, as in Ancient Rome.
