When scissors are packaged so that scissors are required to open the package, that is known as “Catch-22”….and note, Horace was not “Running” with scissors…he appears to be ambling.

I read somewhere that more people are injured trying to open the packaging than by using whatever device inside the package.

At least scissors have plenty of curves and crevices so the shrink wrap can’t cling too close. Opening those CD cases was far worse. Even scissors sometimes didn’t help.

Those damn plastic welds in those packages make them nearly impossible to open!
