I guess that although Horace is an exhibitionist (as with a glass of [spilled] water worn on his head), he has a phobia about doing that in front of folks in uniform… :-)

They should be called Insecurity Checks.

Have you ever seen what they do after putting on a vet’s long exam glove?

Then he really doesn’t want to know what happened in that 10 minutes….
