Riddenslide has a point, Tracy is more concerned with finding out who the King of Clubs is rather than finding out if the shot Jack is alive and needs an Ambulance.. It reflects a shade of calousness to human life like in Baskerville never seen in Tracy until recently.
Akenta’s observation about the CIA Agent looking for the Cyber Bomber is just another irrelevant issue used in the last story which like those I mention in the post above. is just a silly distraction.
What Ludwig doesn’t realize is what Locher forgot to put in the story. That.Jack discovered that they had someone exactly like B.O. Plenty living near all the other Casinos and just as equally stupid,
So it made the whole master plan feasible..
If as I once suspected, if TMS wants stories aimed at children (?) you’d think Locher would structure his tales to do so and not do back summersaults to attract mentally retarded ones who will likely, in Mattie mode, applaud any and ALL of DL’s creations.
Was it another Matt that had a dog named SPOT, that went “Bow Wow” every time he saw Chester Gould’s work ? Yes, I think his name was Masterson.
Why bother !

History does seem to repeat itself.
