Does Tracy have a warrant? Shouldn’t he go get one??

Hot pursuit is about to get hotter! Will there be a shoot-out between Tracy and villainous B-B Eyes? Is Tracy’s backup about to arrive?

This is how I would lose when playing “who can sneak up on who” with my cat. It is really hard to avoid give away shadows.

And Macy’s got his “piece” ready! I can hear it now…..“Macy to Sam! Macy to Sam… Where ARE you?”“Be there in about 10 minuites, Tracy. We gotta load up the evidence box, if we can find it.”“Macy to Sam! We don’t need any of those throwdown guns, Sam…. BB Eyes has one. On the second thought Sam; bring one. He’s got a new Beretta .40 S&W – and I want it. Hope he has an extra clip…… or, maybe right now I hope he forgot the clip and left it at home.”

When did FDR become a Dick Tracy villain?

Can’t believe how quickly this strip has been resurrected, and how great it looks. It’s now my first read in the paper every morning. Really hope the powers that be will allow the team to stretch out a little on longer, more detailed story arcs. Keep up the good work, Guys.

Does the Cartoonists’ Guild give a Reuben Award for adventure strips? If they do, I see nominations in Joe, Mike, Shelley and Shane’s future!

Fortunately for Dick, BB Eyes has a lit cigar in his mouth, and it’s burned down short. If illumination is a problem in the basement, the cigar’s glowing end will tell Dick where to aim for the head.

I must admit, you are channeling the great Gould. For this reminds me very much of some of his strips. This Dick Tracy fan of 40 years and owners of LOTS of the comic re-prints is most pleased. :)- Kc
