Secured their freedom at some cost, ingrates shall be abused.

A con is fun until on the run when glancing over shoulder

Secure fresh start requires art of bamboozlement much bolder.

Grab up the dough then go, go, go! Con artists never rust

Just watch them fly and wave goodbye. Choke on the Nitrates’ dust.

Morning all, and happy October! Silver finds the back door and enjoys a nice ride. But I’m guessing this won’t end well for him or Sprocket.

I wonder how they’re going to get the twenny G’s from Ms. Thorndike since they can’t deliver the goods. I bet he represents it as some kind of deposit with the rest payable when Domain delivers the tape.

Why was I expecting to see speed lines in panel 3 ?

Sprocket got the Big Black Dodge Ram to the 24/7’s back door and rescued Brother Silver; now, they’re off to the Thorndike Estate to bilk Bea out of a bundle, Silver’s speciality.

But wait! Dick Tracy is even now himself speeding to Thorndike Mansion. And Public Domain is sure to join the party there, too!

As Teilhard de Chardin (mentioned in the Cul de Sac blog whence I have just arrived) would have put it, All Things Converge!

This is going to be a Big Week in Tracy Time! Stay ’tooned!

Silver gets there first, grabs the money and is gone. Mr Domain shows up looking for Silver then heads off in pursuit. They Tracy and Honey Moon show up, discover the fake recording, and go after Silver and maybe Mr Domain.Remember Domain said if things went bad, ti would be Silver’s butt in a sling and he would pretend to be the hero.

The Nitrates come and go then Domain & Tracy show up.
