Mysta; I understand all your memories of your previous life are gone. But did common sens disappear as well? I mean, what reporter from any magazine sends a limo for an interview? Even if it wee to take place at the magazine’s offices (unlikely,) the best she should realize the magazine would furnish as transportation is an Uber/Lyft.

This strip is an excellent example of why it is a crime to colorize it. The contracts of the black white kn the middle – and actually all of the panels. Staton is a master at the artwork on this strip. (Any change of a E-Man / Nova Kane cross over?)

Who would have thought DT would use a plot from Power Rangers? Back in 2003, there was an episode where the villains lured one of the Rangers into a trap with a fake magazine interview. Just like Roboto has done to Mysta.

I have the strange feeling that once Mysta unleashes her powers, he’s not going to be dissuaded from his pursuit. (Recall Pepe LePew in Wild Over You, 1953, dir. Chuck Jones)

I suspect that metal mask is an excellent conductor of electricity.

Hhmmm… the smitten audience member from 1/10/20 seems to have a different build than what we’ve seen of Mr. Roboto. The hair color is similar, but this is pretty close to a 16 color page, maximum, so that isn’t very telling.

Roboto isn’t playing with a full deck, isn’t he? The joker is in the cards.

Oh, as far as Moon Maid being known worldwide, and the amount of media coverage Frankenmindy received since she “sprung forth from the petrie dish” i guess its all lost on idiotic roboto since he obviously isnt aware of her zapping abilities.

Hey Neil, has it been shown that Mindy can perform other “feats” like Moon Maid did? I know we saw the chill out room and her low level telepathic connection to Honeymoon and the Lunarians… but didnt Moon Maid have other powers too? I know someone mentioned the magnetic abilities.. but did she have any others that Mindy has/hasnt displayed yet?

How do we know that Mr. Roboto is the guy who was in the audience a few days ago?

Yesterday, Donna. Today, Agnes. How many flunkies are there to help the star achieve her “look”? I am guessing that Mysta is at the Patterson, rather than at home (Diet’s compound).

And it appears that I have been wrong and that the “Vue interview” was a Roboto ruse from the start. Well, I fell for it too, Mysta. Now, you’ll get a ride in a limo that will not end to your liking. What will the outcome be?

I have been on the road all week and am just now getting caught up with all the strips. Really enjoy seeing Mysta back in the spotlight. It’s been a long time! Too long, and I wish we could see her more often. Staton’s art this week has been excellent!! The encounter between Mysta and Mr. Roboto has been set up well, and I look forward to seeing how it plays out. Something tells me Mysta will not be in the mood for any kissy face. Kudos to Team Tracy!
