I didn’t even know they already had a drone setup. The improvements sound just about like what Diet Smith Industries would typically come up with. I like it. I’m sure that someone will complain here that we didn’t see Tracy outline the 10 possibilities, but I don’t think it’s necessary. In the end, we readers already know which possibility is the right one.

10 possibilities? Holy Toledo – I thought they might only want to shadow Daisy with a single drone…

10 possibilities has me swooning. Crime is on its way out.

I like this new character.

Good storyline, until now.

Infrared with the clarity of a movie print? The physics of light wouldn’t allow color. I guess the film could have been in black and white or something else monochromatic.

This tech guy gives me the creeps. I can imagine him using his drones to peek through ladies’ windows.

Tracy using a Drone will help him continue to always get his man or woman!!!!!

That first panel is kind of odd as in “Ooh Dick, stop blowing in my ear you devil!”

Or “Initial attempts to use drones were dicey affairs. One hit me in the head once, right here!”

Tomorrow, Yeti initiates his plan. For once, ‘Daisy’ is the sensible one.

Have no fear. I’ll ask Mike to have Sam spill coffee on the control panels and take out the drone fleet!

There are numerous surveillance cameras in heavy traffic areas downtown. These provide some deterrence. The footage can provide evidence when crime occurs. Drone surveillance is tricky. At what point does a drone capture footage that is only lawfully obtained with a warrant? Smith is likely well ahead of the department’s tech. He once showed Tracy a drone that could launch smaller surveillance bugs.

Spot the blooper?

We’ve talked before about civilians stumbling through Tracy’s official title when talking to him, which seems unrealistic. Most folks would just say “Detective Tracy” and be done with it. But an employee within the department? Nobody would be that formal!

Just ten possibilities on Tracy’s list? Maybe Tracyville is a smaller place than I thought it was, because in a big city there are bound to be more than ten possible opportunities for a “big job”!

—Actually, I’m just riffing here, because that’s what Riger and Tracy and Sam are doing, too….
