The yard guys around here, particularly the ones that do commercial property or esplanades/easements continually blow their clipppings into the street. They rarely pick them up. Some even blow them down into the storm drain inlets. (Saves time and bags)They are simply dumping their trash onto the taxpayers’ street that has to be cleaned up later with a huge machine and they are also clogging the storm drains. Leaky can attest to the problems of too much water from Katrina and I can from Alison and Ike!For once I agree with Burl. We are not supposed to call 911 but rather the Water District (that maintains the storm drains.) They’ll issue a ticket if they themselves catch the perp.
Here’s a thought from the other side.
