I agree with those of you who eat early (I don’t like to waste time preparing and eating more than 2 meals a day (breakfast and supper) and it IS healthier not to have a full meal less than 2-3 hours before sleep. I like to rise at dawn and retire around 9PM. The only time I eat later is if I go out to a restaurant with family or whatever.
I have no idea what I’ll do when we do some camping for various events, but I’m looking forward to something new. Many of my SCA friends camp for all weekend events, so we plan to try it, since he already has the equipment.
