The Penny’s didn’t parking in the handicapped space THIS TIME so they feel ok commenting about it but I’ll bet they’ve done that before, themselves.

Mrs. Spratt is driving her husband, Jack’s, car so she’s probably able bodied.

I also like how nearly everything we see has a corporate logo on it.
