I know someone who has one for her mom, but mom doesn’t go shopping anymore but he still parks in the handicap space anyway. Just because he has a sticker. Oh it’s his mom’s car he drives. Such a jerk. Timmy should know better than ask questions he wants a real answer to. ..At least from those folks.
My wife has a handicap tag, I keep it in the car. The only time I use it is when she is with me. Even if it means I have to walk the length of the parking lot.
Even though I know the odds are I won’t get caught, it is still illegal to use the tag when the person to whom it is registered is not in the car. Actually, I don’t use it more for the moral value than the legal.
Worst case is scenario, taking the last handicap spot when you don’t need it and then seeing a mother putter he child in a wheelchair at the back of the parking lot.
The story here is clear. From the car’s license plate, that’s Jack Spratt’s wife. She’s running, because Jack fell in the store again and can’t get up. You see, Jack can eat no fat. None at all. So he doesn’t ge any of the fat-soluable vitamin D and developed thin bones, easily fractured. Thus, the parking pass. At least the effort of taking care of Jack in his condition has helped Mrs. Spratt keep some weight off, which she needs, given her obsessive compulsion to avoid lean.
I have to agree with the Pennys on this one. My husband is handicapped, and thee is nothing on God’s green earth that make me more angry than to see an able-bodied person use a spot that doesn’t belong to them.
If Mrs. Spratt has a handicap you can’t see, it may well be heart trouble or a lung problem, which would preclude her being able to run. Oh, don’t get me wound up.
Being illiterate, ignorant, and inconsiderate are all social handicaps, but that is not what the space is intended for.’Yes, 2old – some people do have handicaps that are not visible. There are also many who could qualify for handicap licenses who don’t have them.Thank you, no. I will hobble from the back of the parking lot, since I can use the exercise..The people who really annoy me are the ones who park in the fire lane or parcel pickup lane while they run in for a case of beer – often, leaving their cars running with kids inside.
I had the handicapped tag hanging on the mirror when I parked in the handicapped spot and got plenty of dirty looks when I walked into the store. That changed when I wheeled my mother out to the car after she finished shopping.

Too true. Amongst the worst are the morally handicapped. They’re like a plague of locusts.

The Penny’s didn’t parking in the handicapped space THIS TIME so they feel ok commenting about it but I’ll bet they’ve done that before, themselves.
Mrs. Spratt is driving her husband, Jack’s, car so she’s probably able bodied.
I also like how nearly everything we see has a corporate logo on it.
