Barbara Walters: Could I ask you a very personal question? Voice: Sure! When you're hyping a $30 million movie. You can't be choosy! Walters: And now we return to the Barbara Walters special! Zonker: 'Bout time! Walters: Diana Ross... this is a difficult question. You... you seem to have it all... looks, talent, fame, a Beverly Hills home. Ross: You're no slouch yourself, honey. Walters: Yes. But we've been doing our homework on you, Diana. You said in "People"... ross: And I've been doing my homework on you. Why do you think I redecorated the house for this interview? Walters: We're flattered. Ross: So are we. Walters: Diana... this is a difficult question. What is love for you? Could you describe the perfect life? Is Diana Ross... is she happy? Ross: Yes, she is. All she needs to be happy is a man, a house, some trees, and the love of millions. Walters: Diana... I want to ask you... a personal question. Ross: Why not, honey? Ain't nobody here but us stars!
