For instance, a recent SR-71 flight brought back some aerial photographs of a Cuban military supply depot. One of the photographs revealed a Soviet commissary officer examining a requisition form. When translated from the original Spanish, the form was found to contain a request for nearly 1,500 Czech staple guns. Jackson: Staple guns? With an offensive capability? Man: Let's just say the technology is available.
