It's just that these shelters for the homeless have a way of encountering vagrancy. Woman 2: If only it were an animal shelter. Woman 1: Or a disease. If it were one of the big diseases I could have a party.
1985, The good old days, when Republicans just ignored the poor. Move forward to today, when the R’s want to punish the poor with tax increases (which would be the result of a flat tax) and benefit cuts. Compassionate conservatism? One of the all time great oxymorons.
