I don’t want to go out on a limb or anything, but how about a hoary old belief system that’s worked for millions since about Galileo’s day? It’s called “science” and does require a little more personal work than some of the more modern predictive systems, but it has an incredible track record in terms of not letting you down if you do the exercises every day or two.
