Ralph: The doctor told me to try sitting on an exercise ball. He said it would strengthen my back. That's because it takes muscles to balance... And then it takes even more muscles to get up off the floor!
Yes, Mudd – not sure what YOU have, but I sometimes sit on my balance ball (no problem). I also sometimes use it for squats. Good to see you back.
