Honk! Ralph: I seem to be getting honked at much more often! I can't tell if I'm getting old, or if society is just getting more rude and impatient! Norman: You're getting old. Patrick: Yeah, you only go 10 m.p.h. over the speed limit!
Rule of the road has evolved over the past 10 years: if you are in the left lane, and there is nothing within 10 car lengths in front of you, and you are not passing something in the right lane, you are in the wrong lane.
