Forgetting the main story….aren’t those guys supposed to be teammates? What kind of team-oriented player would intentionally intimidate his own teammate? I can’t see this building a strong team that can be sure that each member has the other’s back.
If I was general manager of the team, that would be a far larger concern than how well the bullying was accepted.
