"Hi, Becky! Hi, Em!" "Red alert! Mortals approach!!" "Watch me kill with kindness." "Hi, Twig. We so missed you at Dan's party." "Yeah. It rocked!" "Umm... cool." "I was partying with some older dudes. Maybe next time." "What? It was my uncle's surprise 40th birthday party." "She looks annoyingly undead."
That would be idiotic. That’s putting a bunch of people out of work and raising the unemployment rate. I was no math whiz, but I get along just fine with ordinary addition, subtraction, multiplication and some division. Anyone wanting to go to college need more than that, but since I had no such ambitions, thanks to a father who thought $2,000 would get me through college, nothing was ever said to me that I could do more. Now I wonder if I had been counseled in Junior High that I could do more, if my chances of being able to go to college would have influenced the course choices in high school.
