Twig says, "We should outlaw plastic bags." Agatha says, "I hope not!" Twig says, "But nana, they are an ecological nightmare!" Agatha says, "True." Agatha says, "But they do have their role in nature's grand cycle."
I use my old plastic bags on a daily basis to pick up raccoon poop from my back yard—they are regular visitors, even though I live in a residential area in the center of Camarillo, CA, a city of almost 72,000!
