Old man: My calendar is clear this week. Call my doctor and let him know this would be a convenient time for me to get sick.
At my work the busier we are the more likely people are to call in sick. The slower we are the less likely they are. When we are really busy we have massive out sick rates, when we are so slow there is nothing to do nobody calls in. They also allow games and such when it is slow, so you can imagine why.
