Gordon: Dan's had a lot of trouble, health-wise. His wife wants him to sell this place and move closer to their son in Smith's Falls. John: Oh? Daly's garage has been a landmark here. It'd be too bad to see it sold to someone else! Gordon: He wants to sell it to me, Dr. Patterson! Dan said he'd arrange all the financing. He said he'd hold the mortgage himself. - Why would he do that? He hardly knows me! John: Well, I guess you earned more than an income from him, Gord. ...You earned his trust.
I wish more companies were doing this with more kids- but these days kids are not all as responsible as they were, truth be told
