I remember that kind of thing back in school days. Female friends going to the boyfriends to give hints what their girlfriends wanted because us girls like to pretend the ideas was theirs which made them feel important. Contradictory creatures, aren’t we? They could never win.

Blackmail is not pretty in girlfriend. However, it is crucial to note that we did not see the conversation which led to this blackmail list and there is a very good chance that none of this actually came from Martha.

69 years I have been trying to figure out women, still haven’t got a clue

I was ready to start dating in HS. The start was rough, ie six turn-downs for the senior prom! Then four years college, followed by three years military. Then, with the military behind and secure employment, my black book was bulging. (But not with anyone from the HS days!)

Olympic pin aside, what she’s really asking for is for him to be considerate and think of her. Do stuff for her, even if he thinks it’s gross and will make him look like a weenie. That seems kind of normal.

Is the ‘agent’ Deanna Sobieski – his eventual wife?
