Mark Pagell's is completely unorganized and somehow vaguely rude. Frazz: I don't think I've met Bill, Eric, and Mark. Mrs. Olsen: Well, you can meet them in study hall, because I'm giving them the WORST THREE GRADES in class! Frazz: So when did "Bill", "Eric" and "Mark" allegedly join your class?
