Why do frog legs jump and dance when salted?

A friend of mine used to catch frogs for the legs. When he cleaned them, he was always careful to remove the nerves that ran down the legs. When he pulled the nerve out, it looked like those white lines that run down the legs that you can see in the video if you look closely. Salt is necessary for muscle contraction and since he has the skin removed, the contractions occur when salted.

What surprises me is how much Tony and Jay have aged, when I haven’t really changed substantially, in all those years, at all…

I’ll try to be brief since apparently (to my surprise) the rest of you FA fanatics, members of the TDL and fellow sufferers of sychophantic personality disorder have managed to live for 2 or 3 days without my insanely witty, pseudo intellectual, infelicitous, unquantifiably lame comments.

Is it just me or has the FLOG become 30% more prurient lately?
