Well, fish her (and her boat) out of the gravy before it’s ruined!

Both were later adapted to the big screen. Though only one was considered successful by the critics, both were quite popular and survived to be re-released in Betamax and VHS formats, and later as digital downloads, entirely skipping the laserdisc, DVD and Blue-ray formats. Gravy Boat is still widely considered a classic of the genre, though many critics still call it “lumpy”, “uneven” or “sloppy”.But nobody is shelling out to download criticisms, so that should tell you something.

Who could forget what she wrote … ‘twas “Sploshy Gravy Boat” … and I recognize her lame … just I can’t remember her name.

Some authors are lucky to write one successful piece. If both “Gravy Boat” (a high seas adventure-romance novel?) and “sploshy” (a long, obscure but alluring poem?) were commercially successful, her reputation will outlive her. Whoever she is (that visage does seem familiar)….

If her reading public couldn’t get her allusions, the heck with them!

Thats all well and good, but i want to know who wrote the book of love?

Jane Stafford who should certainly know how to describe the consistency of gravy.

I am so afraid that they will take her background and subject it to die cutting to make Nutty Bars. There is absolutely nothing sploshy about Nutty Bars.
