I have heard that gluten is very bad for you. Just in case, I have increased my daily gluten intake. One can never be too careful when statistical studies are being carried out. You never want to be a statistic.
A sudden sharp noise was all that was needed. A pixel avalanche began, without preamble or explanation.
I was in it before I knew it was happening, trying to swim with it to maintain my bearings.
Nearly without thinking, I activated the flotation bubble in my rucksack, which lifted me above the moving sea of pixels. While an avalanche is not a perfect fluid, it is fluid enough for flotation to be relevant, with less dense volumes being forced toward the surface.
The non-permeable fabric membrane and the canister in which I had compressed all those things which one should not hold in were well worth the burden they represented.

We all know who Little Johnny grew up to be. He still has been known to acknowledge a wagging tail.

I gained no understanding.
I was not crushed and frozen.
I was lifted above the flow.
I lived to wag the tale.
