If she’s got spiracles like an insect, then it’s OK for her nostrils to be plugged up with string (or whatever hygiene product comes attached to a string).

If this were a British crossword puzzle the answer would be: As splicer.

Well, from silly string strung through the soft bone in the nose, they discovered a ring, can be more decorative and flashy. Much like the ring in a bulls nose, hers was gem studded and hanging out like an attention getter. When she saw a handsome dude, It flashed on and off every time she pulled the wire, attached to the battery in her pocket. For some unknown reason, though, this concept never really caught on with the public, so she lost her glow and just decided to just Flash and Dash, when needed!

It’s hard to say what spiracles would have to vote about. Air quality rules, maybe? I think perhaps if they established a Spiraculous Anti-Defamation League, they might get the vote back. Again, it’s hard to say.

Funny … my first thought was that this lady had bent straws sticking out her proboscis … but then read some comments and have come to this serendipitous conclusion via Gaggle:

If those are straws, then she has a better chance of a COMPLETE metamorphosis (née holometabolous in the insect world) …

If that’s a string, then her chances are better for an INCOMPLETE metamorphosis (née hemimetabolous for said insects) …

    CaFfEiNe …!

That’s a prime use for diatomaceous earth, plugging up invertebrate pests’ spiracles so they can’t breath. It doesn’t do much good for politicians though.
