The peak of Everest is 8848 meters above sea level, and many people can breathe there more or less alright.
Assume that this ‘Monster’ is in the same proportions as a 2 meter tall man, but built to 4414 to one scale. (And ignoring the square-cube law.) If the city is on the coast, then his mouth is at less than the altitude of Everest.
On the monster’s scale, the CN tower would be twelve and a half centimeters long, with the base and the observation deck about nine milimeters wide. I definitely think that the monster would be tall enough to step on that, and hurt himself on the point.
The flying spaghetti monster does not have this problem… That is why it flies.. Avoids all those very unnecessary things like stepping on building with pointy tops.

Laugh now… This wouldn’t have happened if that monster had an approved EIS statement. Follow established procedures or take the consequences

Wait… if the monster is stepping on the buildings, then wouldn’t he be so tall as to have his head out in space? How could he survive that?
… he asked about the strip with a cat commenting on a movie on TV.
