I love these two hanging out in the laundry baskets together. It is like those resort commercials with a man and woman in side by side soaking tubs on the beach.
Many years ago, I was in the restroom of a fast food chain in a small city, and someone wrote in the stall “I lost ten pounds in here”. Not terribly clever or funny but, whereas I’m-very- reluctant to be someone’s problem by laying down graffiti, I wrote underneath that “How much is that in Canadian money?”
Thanks to Brexit, he’s going to need way more than what he’s got now. Those four pounds sterling are worth just a smidge over $5 US at yesterday’s exchange rate and it’s still dropping.

You’re going to need, like, a half-ton of money. Maybe more if it’s a Ford.

Actually, City plays Wolves today (3PM Eastern on NBCSN). Sounds like the plot line for some dystopian movie.

Like Jed Clampett in London: “Mr. Drysdale said this was 20 pounds of that English money, but I think someone must have had their thumb on the scale.”

I wonder where Mac has that money “tucked away”…

Should have City playing United or Liverpool in your story or like previously noted go with the actual game of the week….Wolves

one gram per US bill, 456 grams per pound, let’s hope it’s twenties at the least, but even singles means a good haul.

Mac has done it now. He’s just given Bucky a whole new topic to rant about, when Bucky finally realizes that “pounds” doesn’t mean “pounds”.

Never tell Bucky you have money unless you want it to disappear.

Well, Mac is right 4 pounds of pound notes should be enough to fly to London.
