Bad attitudes come from the top. Good attitudes from CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) help the customers. They deal with customers of all types every day. Most are pretty good. It also helps its the customer is not so terrible in the first place. Improve the attitude of upper management and improve the pay of CSRs.
Bad customer service is the standard. I’ve been on the phone for at least 2 hours over the last couple of days for a bill that was paid on Sept 25 and I still have to call back Monday. To add insult to injury I’m getting e-mails to rate my customer service experience and I have to write a novel and waste even more of my time in the process.
