If the goal is to lose weight, it’s all about portions.

instead of your standard sized dinner plate, eat your three meals off of 8 inch salad plates (no second helpings)

We tried some Stauffer’s “meals” the other day: Bourbon Beef and Chicken Marsala. I’m here to tell ya that they haven’t changed much since Swanson’s in the 1950s, and I’m sure a LOT of us remember how those tasted!! One thing about home cooking: once you get used to it, the frozen meals just don’t make it anymore. . .unfortunately. I want one of those super chefs that the Starship Enterprise had in every crew member’s room. . .that or a magic wand.

I have never had a “bad” tasting frozen dinner. She has no reason to change her diet. Diet is what you eat. Maybe a psychologist can help her have a rational view of her body.

Is that how the Nutrisystem meals come? Do people have to use big freezers? Asking for a friend.
