Kids, (and based on monster homes, flashy clothes, expensive cars and jewelry) many adults, have not learned that lesson.

I would like to know what are these “best things” they speak of. Water=water bills, health= if you have health insurance, people= if you have something they need. :(

Grandma’s statement assumes that kids are the best things in life. Some people, I guess, believe that.
