    Heck, one year, in the ‘50s, mom made fresh turkey every week from Thanksgiving through February. Couldn’t stand any for years after that. I’m having lamb chops for dinner this year.

    Sorry, turkeys, but many people have turkey for Christmas dinner. Though it seems a bit too soon for the states since they only have a month between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but in Canada we have Thanksgiving in early October and by Christmas we’re ready for turkey again.

    We have turkey for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and sometimes even Easter. We like turkey’s
