I’ve never understood the no snack rule. As long as it’s small and isn’t too close to a meal it doesn’t hurt anything.
Depends on the snack, one sugary sweet, calorie-laden cookie can do a lot to the hunger button! Tho’, I agree, it ‘s how close to the actual meal that’s more the answer to the snacks question.
