The only line I remember from it when catching it my older cousin was Hulk saying —after thrashing Loki about— “Puny god.” That scene was hilarious (even where Hulk punched Thor off screen)!
simpsonfan2: Hubby and I are good friends with a couple where he was born inthe States and she was born in Holland. She cannot STAND Mel Brooks movies for this very reason. She’s never been able to get through Blazing Saddles or Young Frankenstein without him and his buddies either delivering the lines first or making jokes along with the film. She honestly doesn’t get what all of us enjoy about the movies. I’ve told her that one day we’ll sit down together with a bottle of wine and watch the movie without da boys…
How many movies are so awesome that you can see them enough times to memorize the dialog? Very, very few, and this is one of the best..My son and I saw it on the second day it was out, and halfway into it I turned to him and said, “This is gonna gross a billion dollars, and it’ll earn every penny.” Nine days later — nine days, people! — it did just that.
I am seriously thining of seeing the “Avengers” a second time due to the fact the first time I saw it I had to run to the washroom and missed a few minutes of the movie. Man, was I mad at my self.
It’s been a few years since I’ve seen anything more than once in the theater, but I’ve got nothing against it. Sometimes I do it because, after seeing it myself, I want my friends to see it too, and the best way is to say “I’ll go with you” (similarly, they may suggest it and I’ll say “I’ve already seen it, but I could see it again”).
For these action extravaganzas (or anything where the visuals are key), I just don’t consider home video an effective substitute for the big screen (and I like to sit CLOSE).
Heck, sometimes I’ll go see the re-release of a movie that I already OWN, just because I want to relive the theatrical experience.

“…last scene with the Skrull seems to mean there is a another Movie with them involved.”
- SPOILER ALERT -
That was no Skrull. Hint: The response to “They are unruly, and therefore cannot be ruled. To challenge them is to court Death” is a smile.

…and he does mean all the way.
When I saw it, most of the audience left when the credits started rolling, so they missed both of the end scenes.
