Charlotte could have taken the dog immediately to any vet to see if it had been chipped. She did nothing to see if the dog was lost or reunite it with its owner.

The comeback should be that the owner did everything she could to find the dog. Chips aren’t like air tags, they won’t tell you where the dog is.

To add to that, they DID take the dorglums to the Vet, had the chip checked & got a hold of the owner! So, no, she did not “do nothing”!
