Yep, seems to have been a hard deceleration

Both halves were lucky

I know the feeling. In my case the seat belt tore my sternum apart,damaged my heart and cut the aorta. But even so, without it the result would have been death as the car that hit my little Jeep CJ5 was a 70’s Mercury the size of a city block.

If I’m going to fly through the air, I’d like to be surrounded by and strapped to a ton or two of metal.

I’d rather dissipate the energy by breaking off and denting parts of the vehicle than breaking off or denting parts of my body.

I know women who would do this deliberately to become wasp-waisted. Even though it risks becoming wasted.

Am I the only one who doesn’t get this? Or is it meant to be a public service announcement rather than a joke?
